I chose MSC due to my great previous experiences with them. Their staff are so friendly and very efficient. I will always esteem MSC very highly to my clients and ensure their cruise will be magical. The dining and entertainment varieties were my highlight and not to mention the luxury of the balcony cabins. You will never regret booking with MSC they offer exceptional overall service for a 3* cruise ship. It was fantastic to experience a variety of cultures and cuisines. My only concern was their lack of security cameras in important guest areas like the bag drop department. This should be re-evaluated. Amazing crew, amazing staff. MSC delivers exactly what they promise, more than just a cruise. You feel like you are a VIP guest and you can enjoy your cruise carefree with all your needs taken care of. Once again thank you MSC for never seizing to impress!
