Well me and my honey was so excited about going on anthem of the sea so they told us we where get a good deal and we booked balcony view to Nassau and coco cay and Orlando so it start like this we got on the boat and they rushed everyone into the 1 buffet and people where standing up to eat and after that we start cruising and we end up staying in Orlando Florida for 2 days when it only suppose to be one day and we end up still get charger for a port we didnt go to and after we got settle our room didnt have no soap and when it was time to take a shower the shower water smell like sewer water and we report the promblem and then they place some pillow case on our bed with dry up mucus on the pillow case so horrible I.had to call for 3 more pillow case when they only sent 2 and then we pay for the Atlantis not knowing that the water was ice cold because the heater were out and the beach was clothes and a couple of water parks and after we found out all this they still would refund us our money for a park that we couldn't even use and the works eve said that they wouldn't be in that water only if they have to lean it and that's when they but on the warmer cleaning gear to wash the pool and even when they got out they where all shaking because it was super cold so after all that the cruise people kept telling me to just call coustomer service and that's what I did and now I'm waiting to hear back from them because this was the worse cruise ever and to set it off the shows where cancel most of the time so the boat was just like being home without a TV. Please watch how you spend your money because this was not a good cruise and everybody I talk to on the ship was super mad about everything. Sorry so sloppy in a rush.
