Having travelled on MSC before I wanted to do the Jazz cruise. It was an experience I wish to share with my friends. The activities, shows, entertainment were superb. The staff were were very professional at all stages. Cabins were exceptionally clean. dining was divine. dressing up for each dinner was my highlight. The activities on board were well executed. Did I have fun! the service overall was of a very high standard. Staff was very helpful and just wanted to do their best. I loved the professionalism among staff on board. They go out of their way to make us feel special. Our room 10202 was always in an immaculate condition. Thanks to your staff members who operated that section.The excursions were well-planned and to the point. I was able to travel to Swakopmund for those hours and I really enjoyed it.I did not travel with my kids. But the parents of the children on board were taken care of. I hope to encourage more of my friends to go on this trip next year cause it is worth every cent.
