We loved the ports of call and activities on this cruise! The staff could not possibly have been more friendly or service oriented, although this was more so on our first boat (we had to change boats due to low water levels). The food was outstanding, and we greatly enjoyed all our tour guides. Thee was a problem with the AC control in our room one evening, and the response from the young lady at the desk was the sole time that we were disappointed in the service, as she was not really helpful at all. The one suggestion we would offer is to minimize the time spent on a bus as much as possible, although we understand that was necessary in some cases to get to the chosen tour. Viking truly tries to take excellent care of their guests from the time we arrive until when we depart. It was a wonderful vacation, and we plan to take another Viking cruise sometime soon!
