The combination of many small issues made this cruise very disappointing. Below is a summary of those issues. We did like the ports of call and time spend off ship was very enjoyable. Since this cruise was over New Year's it was very expensive. We splurged for a GS, beverage/internet package and dining package- all not worth the extra money. We did share our thoughts/concerns with RC and they did say sorry and they would share our comments with the ship staff but nothing else.

Internet- We purchased a surf and stream package with our beverage package. We could not stream anything all week. We could surf albeit slowly. I mentioned this on board and was told "yes the internet is not good". Guest services would not refund any portion of the package because we had purchased a beverage/internet combo package even though we did not get what we purchased.

Beverages- We purchased the beverage package but never got our favorite vacation drink because there was no mint on board. I had to seek out my second favorite drink because only one bar had the mango puree to make it. They eventually ran out of mango too. The bars typically served drinks with flat components. Bartenders could see the beverage was flat when the poured it into the glass but served it anyway. It seemed they did not care.

Cabin Review

Grand Suite

The cabin was spacious. Plenty of storage. The bathroom was very large. The balcony was very large and had room for two lounge chairs and table and chairs. Our cabin steward was very nice. Suite perks were a huge disappointment. Do not book this room for the perks- only book it for the size.
