First the good:) Beautiful ship. Very clean. Casino not nearly as smokey as ships without the separate smoking area. Very little issue with waiting for elevators as some have reported. Observation lounge was fantastic. Had no problem finding seating most times. Got to the port around 930 am and was onboard by 1130 am. Jersey boys was a very good show. Havana was ok. also had a good time at the comedy club. piano man at the brew house was fun. waterslide was fun. didn't get on the go-karts but people seemed to enjoy them. room attendant friendly and attentive. strong drinks.

Not so good:( ocean blue-terrible service. very slow. dinner was a 2 hour ordeal even though the vip table next to us (some lady that was in charge of wine for Norwegian and her party of 10) never had any shortage of waiters. just saying. Cagney's food was excellent as always but experience was ruined when they sat a inebriated party of 4 next to us dressed in their swim trunks and flip flops dropping f bombs and shouting at each other. band at the 'Q" stunk, food was OK. Too many passengers for available deck space. I think racetrack and laser tag has cut down on space for sunning. loungers literally 1 foot apart. Shore excursions very unorganized, no direction or communication. no large indoor lounge or venue for dancing. overall, nothing special, just OK cruise.
