I understand how a norovirus can happen aboard a huge ship like this. But, I want to say we were not informed until days later what was happening. This was our 33 cruise and we could see signs of something going on. Paper menus, no salt shakers or silverware on tables. Excessive cleaning. We were “unable” to tender into our second port for so called choppy seas. It was glasslike out there. The consensus was they didn’t want us in port or we had to get some more distance so it was too late to turn back. As the days went on it was worse. We saw two people put into ambulances in two different ports. We stayed in our room. I feel Ncl did not inform us in a timely manner. They told the next sailing they left late because of fuel issues. Blatantly lied to them.

Our steward was not allowed to vacuum our room or give us ice.

So we missed a port, had to stay in our room, cleaning fumes were so excessive all over. We could get no information. Three doors down there was a medical emergency and there were many officers standing in the hallway. They were so rude when we tried to get into our room.
