Wanted to go to Havana. Florida is a convenient port. Disappointed in the condition of the ship and the confusing layout. Hard to find good places to just sit and relax or read unless you wanted to be poolside. Food was average and not much variety. While our room steward, Matthew, and Starlight waitstaff, Githinji and Igede, were excellent, the overall staff was not friendly. Nice room, however, as this was the first time I had a Junior Suite. The room was spacious and nice. The main problem was the common areas. Very few places to sit and just relax. The excursions in Havana were disappointing and we ended up booking with a third party which turned out fine. They try to discourage that but we didn't think the RC offerings sounded interesting and were way overpriced. The offerings for the nighttime excursions aince we were there overnight were extremely disappointing and I ended up canceling mine. Didn't see much enrichment value in attending a Vegas type show in Cuba.

Nice room. First time I upgraded and it was very roomy.
