This was our first cruise and we wanted a long vacation as we usually take a long vacation. We determined this was the way to have aaa enjoyable vacation abs totally determine if the cruising life was for us. It is.
We had 6 port stops and 5 sea days. The Sunday we boarded it all went smoothly we boarded on Deck 7 and entered right into O'Sheehans and stayed there and then had lunch. We then toured. The muster drill was smooth. We un packed some and then headed to the sail away. Came back and un packed and then had dinner at Savor. We had 4 specialty dining and started the next night with Le Bistro - amazing. We ended the cruise at Ocean Blue and it was a wonderful way to end the cruise. We had lunch buffet at Moderno twice. The Garden Cafe always was wonderful and I had some of the best oxtails in my life at the Garden buffet. I am a big oxtail eater and I maker oxtails.
The shows from Burn the Floor to Rock of Ages - perfection. We rocked the Pourhouse, dance at 70s party and enjoyed Karaoke and other offerings. The bars and drinks - wonderful.
Clean. Comfortable. Bathroom was wonderful. We loved our balcony and the double sink. It had lots of storage.
I love New Orleans. It was wonderful as usual. Great food in New Orleans we love the Redfish Grill and we also enjoyed Ruby Slipper for breakfast and Compere Lapin for another dinner.
We took a ferry over to Placencia and that was great.
Took a public bus to the beach. Came back and had lunch snapper and conch fritters. Note that Grand Cayman is sort of pricey. The beaches though......just breathtaking.
Walked around and sat and ate. Enjoyed the views and the people. Did Tequila tasting and buying
