While the ship was beautiful I don't feel the crew were as friendly as some we have met on other lines. And one of the dumbest things that occurred on this ship was the Zumba and other activities that take place out in the middle of the main deck where all the shops and a few restaurants are. We couldn't even walk through that area, which is a main walkway on the ship. Those types of activities need to be done in other areas of the ship, like other cruise lines do, not in that main area where passengers walk around. Food choices in the main dining room were not as many or varied on other cruise lines we have been on. This was a big disappointment. We did love the ice skating show, and would have liked to do more activities on the ship such as the rock climbing wall but they weren't open very many hours of the day when we got back on the ship after doing our excursions. The excursions we booked were wonderful but one man from the cruise line who was there to observe the guide was very rude to the passengers and our tour guide. We would cruise with RC again but hope the next experience is better.

Cabin Review

Ocean View Balcony

Cabin 7D

Our cabin was great...enough space for 3 adults and all our luggage. We had a very large balcony which provided great views out the back and side of the ship. The only complaint is the AC never got very cold and we traveled to a hot and humid area, so we never felt like we completely cooled off when we got back to our cabin.

Port Reviews

Singapore

We saw the Merlion, Marina Bay Sands Hotel, China town, Little India, Gardens by the Bay.

Penang

took a funicular up to the top of the hill, walked around, saw native animals, beautiful area. Great tour

Langkawi

took the sky cab...cable car...up to the oriental village. Great shopping and great tour.

Phuket

Went to the elephant sanctuary...what an awesome experience. We got to wash and bath in the mud with rescued elephants. Each of these elephants were rescued and are safely now living in this sanctuary. The elephants appeared very well cared for and loved by their care givers. I would highly recommend this excursion.
