Itinerary.
After 21 cruises on O, and having been part of the christening and inaugural sailings, I was amazed at the decline of this lovely ship. The staff was AWESOME. They worked so hard as it was obvious there was a reduced staff serving. For example, if you arrived a bit early to the specialty restaurants, they couldn't accommodate you yet the dining room was half empty. Obvious they adjusted to staffing.
The main dining room service was sooooo slow. Never saw the cruise director, John???

The botanical gardens were disappointing, but I just decided it was what Cuba is. The staff at the gardens were wonderful.
