Planned this trip for a couple of years - wanted to bring all my friends to my 50th bday cruise. This went really well considering we had some first time cruisers who weren't sure if they'd like it. Everyone had a blast and was overall pretty happy. We ate in the dining room most nights, and it was terrific, and generally people did what they wanted - so lots of varied experiences. The staff was super friendly everywhere we went. Things to note- if your whole group doesn't have the wifi package, you will have issues communicating. Frankly, the wifi is kind of spotty, so they still might not be able to - so plan accordingly. Would love a chat option in the RC app!
Anyway - this was a really fun trip and RC is still my fave :). We keep talking about taking a different type of vacation, but I love my floating 4 star hotel with 4-5 star food included!
Overall very nice - though we did bring our own pillows. The pillows aren't bad - but hard for us to sleep on. Bringing your own is really helpful. The mattresses are very hard - which I suspect caters to most people, but was a bit hard on me. Hard mattresses aren't great if you have hips. Also, bring a noisemaker app - the walls are thin. Kind of like living in an apartment. Otherwise, the cabin was great.
