This ship's customer service desk was terrible. Many many times their answer was "I don't know". Never said but let me find out. Just think of deer in the headlights. I had multiple eventful times where they were No help at all.
The scheduling of events overlapped in the same areas causing great frustration for many passengers.
The cruise director was only visible during major events and could not be found when I asked to talk to him.
Too small to make the bed a double bed.
