Once again Viking has surpassed expectations for all aspects from pre-cruise to embarkation to disembarkation and flight home - everything in between. Every single Viking employee from captain to room stewards were polite, attentive and knowledgeable. See separate section for comments about cabin. Dining options were excellent with specialty dining included and easy to reserve. We took most dinners in main dining room - outstanding service, varied menu, open seating, small room atmosphere. All common rooms were comfortable with books available for reading and interesting art work. The free spa is excellent and a great place to relax. Onboard entertainment adequate for small ship. The itinerary was of course the highlight. 11 ports and 8 countries in 14 days was amazing. Included and optional tours were all excellent. Every tour guide provided a memorable experience.

All-in-all Viking goes out of their way to make you comfortable and part of the family.
