Sail Date: Dec 2018

We chose this ship because friends were sailing on this ship at this time. We ended up being on different floors, not what we expected. The ship only had one dining room and seemed to lack the amenities that other ships have. We were in a handicapped room and did have a refrigerator and lots of room but it was located under the Windjammer Buffet. After 2 nights of not sleeping because of noise I spoke to someone in charge of this area... he got the noise to stop. I hope future ships have more insulation between floors. The bathroom had peeling paper on the door... needed attention. The staff was wonderful, especially our head and assistant waiters. They made dinner time a pleasure. This was a New Years cruise so there were lots of children. The running down the halls was a little hard to handle. Parents should get their kids to behave... The activities were geared towards families and had lots of participation.
