Chose this cruise to see fall colors, especially in Quebec but due global warming previous fall temperatures had been too high for tree color to develop. We were disappointed that color change was delayed but we were not disappointed in our experience on Viking. We had wonderful service, superb food and a well-run Cruise. We especially enjoyed our three evenings at the The Chef’s Table with three different internal menus along with wine pairings. We did no purchase the premium spirits package and thus received the house selections of wine but they were all superb and nicely paired with each course. We also enjoyed lovely meals in the Restaurant and were able to request to be seated in our favorite waiter’s section. We enjoyed the classical trio from Serbia, made up of violin, cello and flute. The port enrichment talks were extremely helpful and we never missed the ship historians’ talks. We even attended a delightfully entertaining cooking class presentation by the ship’s head chef. He should have his own TV show on the Food Channel!
