NCL needs to step back up to their game! This was definitely not our typical Norwegian cruise. Service was aweful from the time we started the check in process. Most other guest we talked to during our cruise felt the same way. It seems as though NCL is cutting even the smallest corners. Bring your own salt and pepper.... no other condiments unless asked for. Really? How much could they possibly be losing by providing these??? We had 2 balcony cabins on this cruise and one had great service all day long and one cabin had no service. We only saw our cabin steward 2 times the entire cruise. Two different days, we had a note in the door that said to call for service, however we had been gone all day and did not have the do not disturb light on. Actually one day we had the please service light on! The entertainment on the ship was definitely great. Every show was worth seeing more than one time! Dining in the main dining rooms was great. O'Sheenans needs more variety and the buffet is also lagging behind. A mere couple of years ago it was one of the highlights of cruising. With the continual day and night atmosphere of the ship, the buffet definitely needs to extend their hours. Lastly, upon disembarkation, the cabin we charged our purchases and extras to got flagged and "the tax free, duty free" became a $100 cash payment for "fees" before exiting the boat. We will likely cruise Norwegian again, as one bad cruise may be isolated, but really needs to step up the game.

Cabin Review

Mid-Ship Balcony Stateroom

Cabin BA

Cabin was fine. Enjoyed the corner balcony extra space.

Port Reviews

Harvest Caye

Harvest Caye is becoming a nice paradise! Only complaint is that we felt a bit hostage by the high prices of the Landshark bar. Since this is completely NCL owned, our beverage package should be included! Dont mind paying for extras but dont overcharge and tax to the point a draft beer is almost $14 !!!
