They could care less if you have been a frequent captain club cruiser. Go to another ship. Entertainment is lacking when compared to other royal or celebrity ships. Shopping on board is much less than other of their ships. They only have the very high end products on board. Shop at the ports. You will get a much better deal. Wait staff is great but upper staff not so good. Very confrontational. Concierge for the captain club needs a job where she does not have to deal with people. Same with the manager of the cosmopolitan. Again I can't say enough good about the wait staff. They were wonderful. It seemed to me the upper management didn't have it quite together. Ask three different people the same question and you would get three different answers. I am planing two more trips but you can guarantee they will not be on the edge at any price.
