First time for Panama Canal. Holland America received great reviews.
The ship it self was like an ice box! When inquired we were told nothing could be done. Our cabin was never warm as was the rest of the ship.
My wife received a bad rash and when we went to desk for assist they called doctor and I was informed there would be a charge to open the office and charge for any medication.
