I booked this cruise to try out solo cruising. I was pleased that they do appeal to solo travelers and do not charge a single supplement for oceanview staterooms. I was accidentally charged for double occupancy but this was quickly resolved by their online customer service chat.
Embarkation And Disembarkation:
The embarkation was a breeze, I was met with very friendly staff that assisted and directed me through the embarkation processes. I do like the fact that they offer valet parking at rates lower than what it costs to park yourself compared to other ports such as the Port of Miami.There was an area where you can pre-book your dining, shore excursions, and spa before boarding. The staff was not that pushy.

Cabin Review
Cabin 5 Oceanview
The cabin was very clean and spacious. The linens were also clean with little to no wear. The room had some minor signs of wear and tear which included a loose toilet seat and one of the closet doors not being able to easily slide. The biggest gripes were that the room was cold during the night which gave me sinus congestion by the time I would wake up. The bed was a little too firm for my liking but I was able to sleep well. I found the phone disconnected with no directory on it and no way how to set a wake up call.
It would be nice to have more power outlet(s) in easily reachable places other than the one at the bottom corner. It would also be nice to have a spot in the bathroom to hang up wet towels and wet bathing suit(s).
