We liked the idea of a cheap cruise. So did everyone else in board. We did not find any compatible cruise companions. Mostly old or cheap travelers.

The cruise line cut corners. Cheap food (no smoked salmon, all the good stuff on the formal nights only)

The real problem was the ports. Or lack of ports. And parking in the cheapest, furthest away berths in commercial ports, not cruise ports. I have been to several of these ports before with Celebrity so I know there are other places to park a ship.

Cabin Review

Balcony

Cabin BF

Lots of drawers in the cabin to store clothes.

On the other hand it is my first cabin (15 cruises) without a sofa. The big balcony was wasted space.

Port Reviews

Cabo San Lucas

This may be a nice place to live but it’s awful cruise port Destiination. If I ever have the miss fortune to wind up there again I’ll stay on board, something I have never done before.

Lima

I liked it 8 years ago but the traffic is awful not. I would only hook with the ship next time
