When we decided to book a Norwegian cruise, the main selling point was the trip to Great Stirrup Cay. Once we arrived at the island, the captain of the ship announced we wouldn't be going to shore, instead we went straight to Nassau. My second issue with this cruise was the lack of hot water. For 3 days, my family and I had to take cold showers. When I brought the issue up to guest services, they told me I wasn't turning the faucet to the right side. Also, the kids club was supposed to supply activities and entertainment based on the child's age. Well, my son is 10 and the activites were designed for younger kids. On top of that, the wifi was nonexistent. I could not check and respond to m I work emails. I missed several important emails and deadlines. All in all, my recommendation is STAY AWAY.
