This was our 30 something cruise, 4th of Royal Caribbean, and 1st on an Oasis Class ship. We cruise out of Miami 12/2 – 12/9. We had an ocean balcony cabin: 11536

Before this cruise I had always avoided the Oasis Class ships because I was worried about the number of passenger and crowd control. I would not have booked this cruise but thanks to my gambling hobby, this was a free cruise for us, so I figured what the heck.

My worry regarding crowd control was unwarranted. Royal Caribbean knows how to handle large numbers of guests. The Allure of the Seas turned out to be the most impressive ship I have sailed on and here’s why:

This was a nice enough cabin – no complaints. Adequate storage, good water pressure, clean, and a nice view.
