The ship is nice, as it's one of the smaller Princess ships. However, the ship does not have an International Cafe, which limits your dining choices to the dining room, the buffet (Horizon Court), or the specialty restaurants.

The specialty restaurants have increased their pricing to $29.00 per person. Further, the dining room has removed several items from its offering menu; instead, including an "up charge " menus for many steaks.

The Mattress in our stateroom had a severe sagging in its middle, and despite the ship not being full, and requesting the steward change the mattress - they didn't!

This room needs a new mattress on the bed.

Port Reviews

Fuerte Amador (Balboa)

Took the tour of the Locks, and overview of the old city.

The locks were interesting, but they spend too much time in the old city.

Would have preferred to spend som time in modern Panama City.

San Juan del Sur

Not much worth getting off the ship.

The town of Granad is still recovering from political strife six months ago, and they don't seem quite ready to receive tourists.

Cabo San Lucas

Great port!

Lots of water sports, and beach activities.

I wish the ship would do an overnight there, as they have some wonderful restaurants.

For lunch, d recommend a visit to "The Office." It's a hamburger/margarita bar on the beach, about 5 minutes from town.

Another great treat, walking distance up the beach, are cabanas where you can get a fll one hour massage for $30.00
