This was my first cruise. Boarding was delayed by an hour and a half and due to this Carnival refunded our FTTF. Our room was fantastic. Comfortable bedding excellent water pressure. Our cabin steward was AMAZING. He made us feel like we were his only cabin. We ate in the MDR every night and never disappointed. Guys burger joint was fantastic. I didn't care for the pizza but it didn't ruin my experience. The bar service was amazing. I highly recommend the Miami vice. The coffee shop was fantastic. I highly recommend getting the cheers program. We also purchased the social internet package and honestly didn't have a lot of issues with the internet at all. I also got a hot stone massage which was amazing. To be honest besides not liking the pizza I don't have any thing negative to share. Oh the public restrooms were gross and stuck so I always went to my cabin when I needed to go. We had a blast and we can't wait for our next cruise.
