Ports are amazing, ship is falling apart! Mold in bathrooms, leaks all over the ship, food is sub par and entertainment is horrible! Staff has an attitude as if they are doing you a favor ....shows are bad and the pools close almost every time the ship is in port. Rooms appear old , filthy and not in good shape...debarkation process is a nightmare....carnival really needs to dry dock this ship and redo it....will never do it again...what was intended to be a nice family thanksgiving cruise was less than that.....our children did not have a good time, and it took us 2 hours to get a table in the formal dining room with the my time dining plan...then an additional hour and a half to finish dinner...so a minimum of 3 hours just for dinner, which caused us to miss other activities in the evenings....We will definitely not ever do this ship again due to the condition of the ship itself and the poor service received.
