We've been on 30 Princess cruises and this just wasn't up to our expectations. Terrible WiFi connections, NO butter on the dinner tables for the bread and we hadf to ask numerous times before they reluctantly delivered it and then only gave a few. More than a few times someone at our table did not get their dinner and had to remind the waiter what they had ordered. We are really upset that our unused coffee cards paid for on other cruises will not be usable after next summer so we stand to loose hundreds if we don't travel before then. They should honor them because they promissed and we have already paid over $30 for each of them.Entertainment was so bad we didn't go to the theater after the second night. Cabin steward was excellent and getting on and off was seamless as usual. We'll still cruise Princess because of the perks we get but they need to listen to the complaints and fix some things.
