Had a really good 3 day getaway in November 2018. Embarkation was speedy, however we were held up due to an extremely high tide that delayed boarding due to unsafe conditions. It didn't worry our group, but some people complained. Our stateroom was clean, tidy, well equipped with a very comfortable bed. The only downside was that the TV programs were played on a loop and not on demand. As a result we saw half of the same movie four times. No big deal to most people, but it was annoying nonetheless when we were chilling out in our cabin. The food was superb. We had chosen any time dining and it suited us to a 'T'. The menu was extensive and, except for the last night had a good mix of choices. The final night there were 6/7 vegetarian options for entrees and only 1 non vegetarian option. Once again no real big deal, but perhaps with a bit more planning they could have evened out the choices somewhat. The entertainment options we chose to attend were all enjoyable and professionally and competently performed. On a brighter note they finally had a funny comedian, instead of the unfunny hack on our previous two cruises. The bars, for the most part, provided prompt and efficient service. We found all the prices to be reasonable. As it was only a 3 day cruise there were no shore excursions.
Nice balcony cabin on the starboard side in the forward part of the ship. Might get a bit wobbly in rougher seas, but we had no real issues.
