Positive....the crew and staff......Negative, everything else, interior fabrics such as curtains, chair covers on their last leg, entertainment is high school level, food is hit and miss, no where to eat after 11pm except pizza or room service. Im not a party person however I don't sleep well and often just want something to drink or snack on and there is no place to go for that.

I was on this ship Nov 2017 and than again Nov 2018 and nothing and I mean absolutely nothing has changed in the way of onboard games, activities and shows (only the singers and dancers). I was so disappointed. Its like paying to see the same movie over and over and over, nothing to new to look forward to.

The Hasbro, Clue, Lip Sync are so lame (Im 67) and to play Bingo is $20 a game!! Unless your a casino player theres not much to do on sea days. The pools and hot tubs were taken over by kids under 12 except for the Serenity Deck and that pool is REALLY small and one hot tub was even open on that deck. All in all Im rethinking about doing a Carnival ever again, I think it might be worth an extra $100 each to try a different cruiseline.

Ocean View

Cabin 6B

When sun shines on curtains you could see all the dry rot spots, carpet has seen its day, decor looks like possibly the 80's, fridge never did get "cold".

Beds and beding was average. Room steward was great, all of the stewards and food service folks were great. I do my own tipping based on those who service me, I dont particuly agree with gratutity package breakdown, I understand thats a hot topic and everyone has there own view on that policy.
