We were intrigued with a smaller yacht, and familiar with Crystal’s reputation. Immediately upon arriving at the port we knew we would have excellent service. We were immediately greeted, luggage taken, checked in our passports then escorted aboard the yacht. Upon boarding greeted, given champagne and taken right to our suite. In the suite the checkin process was completed. Butler (Nathaniel) was right there to familiarize us with the suite and service. Then Gee and Bel our suite stewardesses arrived to explain what they do for us. As they said, primarily pamper! Everyone was attentive, friendly, and helpful! And I mean everyone, didn’t matter if server, reception, engineering, steward. Food was good but limited in the selections especially at dinner. Probably because of size of yacht, only 62 guests.
Destination staff communication was off. What they told us vs daily activity sheet. Never made it to port at the designated (daily sheet) time. We decided to dive 2 days on our own and in Saba couldn’t get off in time to meet the dive operator. Variety of issues, weather, tender vs zodiacs...
Our suite was very comfortable. Loved the double sinks in the bathroom and shower was a good size. It was nice that in a couple ports we could SUP, or jet ski (weather permitting). Marina staff was super!
Heard great diving but as mentioned above couldn’t get off boat in time to meet the dive operator. Did take a tour of island, not much to it.
Another tiny town with limited shopping but very high end. Be sure to check what time is their siesta. We got off while shops were closed.
