We were extremely disappointed. 10 of us sailed for the 1st time on RC. Although I have been on carnival twice n it is a party ship, RC was a huge disappointment. The food was not good in the dining room n Simone was not pleasant at all it was like we were rushed. We were not treated like royality on Oasis always had to go to the bar for drinks. The cruise director was not involved with activities as much as carnival. No deck activities at all. Overall the staff was not friendly at all. The amount of money we paid for this fruise it was a huge disappointment. Couldnt even see all the shows becuz they were all booked. Rooms were not clean. Carpet by the closet was filthy, sheets werent changed all week. Also paid the have an outfit dry cleaned n pressed n it was not cleaned only pressed. Up graded our sons soda card to deluxe for non alcoholic drinks which was 214.00 n went down 2nd day to change it back to soda card becuz he didnt use it n they wld only refund 2 days. I certainly wld not sail RC again becuz of the staff, activities, food n not being able to see all the shows for money we paid for the cruise! Also had s black out on the ship that lasted 1/2 hr.
