In my opinion. Customer service was not as I expected, staff was not friendly for the most part. Food was not what I expected, didn't have a great deal of choices. Ship design was awkward didn't have enough natural light in the common areas. Towels seems rationed. Didn't have body cream like most cruises do. Shore excursion to the Panama Canal was very good, but it took us 2 hours to get out of port limon because of the traffic. Cabin bathroom had to be cleaned by housekeeping due to having mold and tile grout as per my request.TV was very small. Cabin balcony glass was full of salt, I had to wipe it down myself when I arrived. They didn't clean the glass until three days into my cruise. Ship design was awkward didn't have enough natural light in the common areas. I will think about it twice if I go again on an MSC cruise
