We heard it was the best so we wanted to give it a try, was not disappointed. Right from the pick up at the airport to the friendly receptionist...especially Joanna to staff who escorted us to our stateroom....everyone was professional and there did not seem that any request could not be met. Bence the bar tender was absolutely fantastic...professional friendly. Our housekeeper Nicolai was exceptional.Suzy the program director was always cheerful and knowledgeable. The tours were very organized and liked the choice of the leisure walks as am waiting for knee surgery so it made it easier to tour around walking. Now the food...wonderful and we ate in the aquavit for all meals enjoyed the wine pairings and knowledge of the staff. Would suggest getting the beverage package,well worth it,every kind of liquor you could want,premium brands. Even leaving the ship on last day was very organized and they arranged a taxi for us as we were staying 3 extra days in Budapest. I am a very picky traveller and can honestly say there wasn’t anything I would have changed...in fact we booked another cruise in Sept.2019 Paris to Zurich and bribing along family...see you soon,cant wait!
