Because it was advertise as a luxury cruise with 5 stars all inclusive beverage offer....and we like to stay in the same room for 2 weeks and not relocate our luggage (4 times in this cruise !)
We chose a Royal Panamera Suite and we had the same food and beverage as others in a different deck
Notice of low water was send by email the day of departure after we had inquire 2 weeks before and everything was supposed to be ok
Cabin Review
On the Opal there were a sewer smell occasionally
Odor of smoking in the room and the corridor coming from the crew deck. Also a lot of partys during the night.
The Butler on the Opal was good and also the Maitre D at the restaurant
On the Amber the butler and the reception told us that there was no heated floor in the bathroom. We found it ourself and turned it on.
Very good housekeeping and laundry service
