We chose this cruise as we had heard great things about Celebrity X. We have cruised several times Royal Caribbean so expected it to be better as Celebrity is supposed to be their premium brand.
Our room attendant kept our rooms cleans but could barely speak English so was very hard to communicate with.
The main dining room staff were gorgeous, kind and fun and the food on board is definitely a grade above Royal Caribbean.
