The staff is what makes this cruise so great. We werent overly impressed with the food options or the dining experience. Bar service was some of the best I ever received. We were disappointed that the pool was closed 2 of the 4 full days on the ship and the hot tubs are a joke (warm at best). Room service is great and he came to our room the first day to introduce himself (cant remember his name). Some of the best staff:

Extended Balcony Grand Suite
This room is a must! It's a great value. Not only is the room guaranteed to be ready by the time you board the ship, you get many perks for staying in a suite. We got priority exit when we stopped to port, we skipped the long lines getting on and off the boat and our wait time at the restaurant was shorter. The balcony is awesome! We comfortably slept 4 people in this room. We utilized the couch that folds up to a twin and the fold down bed from the wall. The water pressure in the shower and sink is impressive. My only complaint is how loud the balcony door is when it shuts. I woke everyone up every morning when I went outside to watch the sunrise.
