We have cruised with Holland America and Royal Caribbean previously.
This cruise was to places we had been to before but we wanted a "Solstice Experience". Many of our friends have said - what a beautiful ship she was, and so we wanted to see if they were right... and they were right!
EMBARKATION was smooth and seamless from shore to ship with a lovely glass of bubbly waiting for us, once on board. But then as like a tornado the ON SELL started!

Clean and well maintained. Sound proofing to cabins either side could have been better.
Easy access to forward lifts.
Excellent Cabin Assistant - Antonio - who knew exactly when there was just one tissue left in the box and replaced it!
