The ship was clean and well-kept, the entertainment was fine, and the staff were friendly. However, the food in both the main dining room and Windjammer was disappointing. There were a few stand-out dishes--but otherwise it was a trough of mediocrity. Even the hamburgers were tasteless and spongy. The BBQ at Coco Cay was actually inedible.

Additionally, smokers take over large parts of the pool deck. Ban smoking! The Bamboo Room doesn't make drinks to order. They just put pre-mixed boos in a cup.

However, The stateroom balconies are nice, and quite spacious. The walk-in closet is fantastic! And the ship steward cleaned the room often.
