This was our first cruise. Our departure port was New Orleans and the embarkation and debarkation went well. We were on the ship and off the ship with no trouble. The ship was beautiful and well groomed.
The balcony cabin was just right with enough space and storage. Noordam, our room steward, was so friendly and nice and called us by our first names. He was very personable. Our room was cleaned daily with fresh towels.
The dining was excellent and the food was really good. The waiters were personable and well mannered. I was very impressed by Ramil. He was excellent.

The shower was great, it was better than most hotels.

My husband and I walked to the beach and it was beautiful. Did some shopping in the port shops. It was very nice.
