Great itinerary from Venice to Rome, with two sea days which we also enjoy. First port was Rijeka, Croatia, it was a Sunday and nothing was open. Not an overly interesting place but then we didn't explore very far. Dubrovnik and Kotor were both a delight to visit but very busy. Our last stop was Naples and we made our way by taxi to Pompeii, which is the most wonderful, fascinating place but much bigger than we thought, so didn't have time to see everything.

Embarkation was not good, as very long queues but I think we arrived at the peak time.

The quality of the food in the MDR has dropped unfortunately but the waiters are always happy to bring different dishes for you. The Lido buffet restaurant is still very good.
