Sail Date: Oct 2018
Cabin: Mid-Ship Inside Stateroom

We did the Transatlantic Cruise previously on a May sailing and enjoyed it. This cruise was less enjoyable than the previous cruise. Activities were held in the Atrium which did not have room enough for the 3000+ people on the ship. Service in the restaurants has declined. Dinners took 2 hours to complete. Meals that were served in the complementary dining rooms were very basic with no WOW meals or desserts being served. Reservations were needed for many of the shows and events on board. Cabin steward did not make up the rooms promptly. Shore excursions could not accommodate the number of people travelling on the ship. There were no comfortable seats anywhere on board. Disembarkation was very unorganized. No buses were available for transfer to the airports and we had to stand outside on a cold, windy day for over 2 hours. There was no Norwegian attendant to let you know where to go for your bus transfer. This experience will really make us rethink taking another NCL cruise.
