Loved our cabin - only criticism is that with access to thermalspa, the jacuzzi tub wasn't used and took up room that would have been better served with a small table.  However, our balcony was large and we spent most time out there unless sleeping or off doing other things.

This excursion stated that walking was solely at guest's discretion and a level 1.  The bus dropped us off at a parking lot approx 1/4 mile from main piazza. Tour guide walked group there and gave instructions about return and meeting place. As someone who walks very slowly with limited mobility - the group was gone before I could walk to the piazza which was also up hill a bit.  By that point, I was exhausted and could not go anywhere else.  Had to taxi back to bus spot and was charged $20 euro by the taxi driver.  Also felt like the excursion was aimed at getting people to eat at this one cafe and shop at 1 store instead of really seeing Sorrento.  Not worth it unless you can get around easily.

As a hop on/hop off bus tour - this would have been good except that in Rome, the bus does not drop off close to the monuments. In few instances, dropped off 1-2 blocks from entrance, in others a 5-10 min walk for those with full mobility.  Additionally, the initial spot to pick up the Big Bus - long line to get a bus and the bus that came when we approached the front of the line - did not tell us that they were an express bus to the train station and not a bus to begin the tour.  Also, the bus did not exactly follow their own map - thus leaving out a few sites along the route.  You cannot see Vatican city from this bus tour. Also - no benches at any of the bus stops.  Only one stop had a cafe - which did not have a bathroom.  Had to walk a long block to find one that did offer a bathroom for customers.  Not a tour for those with any walking issues.

We cancelled all our excursions after the first 2. Here in Cannes, we were able to take the scooter I rented off the ship and tour around the beautiful town on our own.  We enjoyed some shops and delightful cafes while taking in the beach and sites of the harbor.

2 - Most of the excursions through the ship (even level 1) are not conducive for anyone with limited mobility

3 - Get a scooter that can collapse to keep in room - will make it easier than having guest services take overnight to charge (but this is a good alternative)

If you can - definitely upgrade to the Haven suites.However a few things to keep in mind if you have limited mobility:

1 - Rent a travel scooter before coming - this will give you full mobility on and off the ship.
