Princess have always my choice of cruise line, I have found the service and quality to always exceed my expectations. How ever this time around I was disappointed in the experiences I had on board. I booked for the behind the scenes tour and we had one of the ships photographers accompany us to take the only photo's. However she was more interested in talking to the rest of the crew we as we went behind the scenes than actually take any good shots. She talked loudly and was disruptive on the entire tour. It's not as if we hadn't been charged good money for this privilege.

The sterling steak house - we booked a table for a special evening only to arrive to find that not only was the table not ready but to be taken to it and then have other settings from around our table to make up a partial setting. We were offered a wine menu and we declined it, however at no point were we offered to order other beverages. We had to go and find a waiter to order some drinks, once he came to take to order is did not take everyone's order and some of the party once again had to go and follow up.

We ordered our main meal and they arrived however it was not we ordered and was sent back. so not everyone ate at the same time or still didn't get there correct orders. very disappointed as you pay top dollar to eat here, to the point we received better service from the standard restaurant than treating ourselves to the Stirling Steak House.
