We chose this cruise because we wanted to visit the Hawaiian Islands, and start in Vancouver so we could see the sites there. To the positive of Carnival, we went on a cruise with them last November, and loved the Splendor!

We are not complainers, and usually only take reviews of ships with a grain of salt, because a lot of reviewers seem to expect so much!!

However! This ship and cruise was honestly from hell I must say! Embarking in Vancouver was the biggest screwed up situation I have ever encountered! Lines upon lines to get on the ship! We were in line I think for well over an hour. Carnival workers said they were working with a new system, ok..well set a really bad precedent to begin with.

Cabin Review

Extended Balcony

Small cramped cabin, bigger Balcony. Heat and Air didn’t work, refrigerator didn’t work, replacement one didn’t work very well either, flickering lights next to the bed, TV remote took turns not working
