Cruise director, Cathy, was fantastic

Our cruise director was fantastic. She did her very best to resolve problems and kept a very positive attitude throughout the entire trip. We did not really appreciate changing ships after four days, without being told at the beginning not to unpack all our clothes. Communication would have been appreciated.

Loved the electric bikes. Disappointed one tour was cancelled. Loved the opera and piano concert at the palace.... and we are not really opera fans! The performers was fantastic. The setting was dreamlike!

Marco, the piano player on the scenic was wonderful. A real entertainer. We really enjoyed his performances.

Food was ok. The steak and lobster dinner was a disaster. Most dinner choices were tasty. Portobellos was very good -- but you had only one night.

Hated flying Air France ( 9 hours in premium business class with a small bottle of water given at the beginning and a 3 ounce glass distributed in hour 8. Awful service). Loved flying KLM.

Our cabin on the Ruby was well laid out. The cabin on the Crystal not so functional.

We believe Scenic did the best they could given low water levels
