I went on this cruise with family to celebrate my sisters 16th Birthday. We had a great time! The cruise staff made my sister feel special on her birthday. Food at the savor and taste restaurants was awesome!! The food at the buffet was good, not great, but convenient and had a great view at the top of the ship. The shows were great! The activities in the atrium were very entertaining and fun to participate in or just watch. We stayed busy the entire time! Loved the port locations!
We learned you cannot use your own hairdryer in your cabin without flipping the breaker, so I had to blow dry my hair in the hallway. They also provide a hair dryer, just not as good as my own. Service was pretty good. Don’t tip! There is a $14.50 service charge for every person on each day. That takes care of your servers and bartenders. I highly suggest going to tabyana beach in Roatan if you like snorkeling or just want a pretty beach to go to. The beach staff is extremely nice and one of them took us out snorkeling only for a tip. Not a lot for the teenagers to do except there was a glow party one night that was fun!
We had four girls in our cabin and it was really tight with all our luggage but it worked. We made it work. Good size closet and room under the bed to put suitcases. Wish i would’ve taken a dvd player to plug into the tv. Not many channels to pic from. Take a power strip if you need a god bit of stuff plugged in. There were two usa outlets and two european outlets. There is a mini frig as well.
Take a water bottle to refill on the ship. Don’t buy the water package. The tap is okay water to drink
Loved the port. It’s somewhat new and only for Norwegian cruise lines. The shopping was great and loved the landshark bar and grill. Take water shoes with you, sand is rough and there are rocks in the water. Pool was huge and swim up bar
