Cruise departed out of Barcelona, great city to explore before the cruise! We did a wine and tapas tour and did a lot of exploring the city! We got on ship around 2pm and embarkation took five minutes and we were on the ship it was so easy! Clean ship, great service, Food just ok in main dining room, but very good in speciality restaurants, we did Carney’s steak house, Le bistro (French with fantastic service) and the Italian, which had a perfect location during the ships sail away (6:30 reservations) Fantastic ports, enjoyed all...... Naples, Rome, Florence, Cannes and Palma de Mallorca! We chose to do tours privately in Italy and was well worth it! Cannes was a great beach day and fun to walk around town! Mallorca also great to walk around, go to beach or do a hop on hop off bus tour! The worst part of the trip was the cabin! The architect who designed these cabins DID NOT think about usability! We had a balcony room and to brush your teeth you basically had to sit on the bed! The shower was a little tiny closet which was located at the cabin door literally it was not in a bathroom in fact there was no bathroom, everything was completely separate, then a tiny I will call it a closet again with a toilet in it, one step from the bed. If you are at all a big person you will not be comfortable on this ship because of the cabins! We traveled with one other couple all four of us are in our 50’s and traveled quite a bit. Debarkation was also easy and fast! We chose this ship specifically for the ports and all ports were great!

Cabin Review

Mid-Ship Balcony

Cabin BB

The only thing I can say about cabin that is good is bed was comfortable, large balcony and good room steward. We absolutely hated the layout of this room, it was so uncomfortable to get ready to step out of the shower into the cabin door is ridiculous and with only a lucite door and one step separating the toilet and bed is so uncomfortable and provides zero privacy!

Port Reviews

Cannes

Loved the beach, which is right where you get off the tender from the ship. Easy to walk to shops and restaurants. Loved the open market only about two blocks from dock, fun to walk around and delicious food, only opened First half of day
