We chose this cruise due to the date (over Labor Day), itinerary (Glacier Bay and Inside Passage), smaller ship with lots of outdoor space and enclosed pool, and cost. We were able to get the Pinnace suite for less than what a NCL Haven suite on the Bliss would have cost.

This was an amazing cruise from the beginning. I rate the service we received on the NA as A++ top notch! The concierge met us at port and walked us up to the Neptune Lounge and our cabin. The ship's hotel and service staff met us in our cabin to explain how to get the most out of our cruise. In addition, the concierge arranged for a behind-the-scenes tour for us! Amazing! BTW - all of the soda and mixers in the large fridge were FREE.

We ate in the Pinnacle Grill (my fav), Canaletto, Tamarind and the main dining room. All were good to great. Breakfast in the PG was our favorite. We also had access to a Lido Cabana which was wonderful. We ate lunch there on most sea days. Great service!

Penthouse Verandah Suite

Cabin PS

Our cabin - Pinnacle Suite #7036 was spectacular! There is a large master bedroom with flat screen TV, large desk with storage area, dressing table, king size bed, large bathroom with walk-in closet area, separate room with toilet, sink and bidet, large Jacuzzi tub and separate shower with multi-jets and rain head shower fixtures. The dining area features a large table that seats up to 6, large bar, crystal stemware and floor to ceiling double sliding doors leading to the teak deck/balcony. The balcony features a hot tub, loungers, 2 couches and several chairs. It is huge! There is also a large living room with sectional sofa, chairs, table, flat screen TV and a queen size Murphy bed. A kitchen with microwave, large refrigerator, sink, toaster and coffee maker is located near the front door. Opposite the kitchen is a second half bath with separate toilet area. We will definitely book another HA cruise - hopefully in the PS!

Port Reviews

Vancouver

We stayed at the Marriott Pinnacle by the port and enjoyed walking around the port and eating dinner there. No excursions taken.
