This was our first ever cruise. We were a bit dubious at first and wasn’t sure if it was for us, but after a couple of days, we found our feet and began to enjoy it. The day at sea, the boat was very very busy (understandably), the pool area looked like seal colony, people were packed in like sardines, which I didn’t like. Days at destinations was fine - plenty of room. The staff are EXCELLENT! Very friendly and always happy to help you and serve you. Certain staff really stood out ... the Head Waiter Josico ... great manager and really goes out of his way to help. Charity the waitress in the steak restaurant is just lovely! Sofie on the destination desk was lovely and so helpful. Some of the entertainment is fantastic ... our favourites were the singer Maynia / Jessica Drake on the Piano / the comedian is a must! He’s so so funny. Those 3 entertainers were the highlight of our cruise. The Steak restaurant for a supplement is well worth it! The food and service are amazing! The only thing that was a bit of a let down was that every day you would be pretty much guaranteed to be served a drink that was not 100% clean. We sent back lots of drinks because lots of glasses had lipstick marks on them.
