When you buy the 'Ultimate Food & Beverage pack' why do you have to pay a supplement in the better restaurants? The only ultimate thing about the package is that it is ultimately bad, buffet food, bad bad wine and all very samey, the included dining options are poor and use far far too much salt, we requested no salt options in the better food outlets. The wine by the bottle is NOT included so you order wine under $15 per glass, not very good. The waiting staff were misleading on this fact and charged us $170 for 2 bottles, which we are currently in dispute with them over, this has left a very sour taste in our mouths! The shore excursions were very expensive and we were made to go into shops that we had no interest in, the tour guides were either ill informed of the excursion we took or barked at us throughout the tour. The on-board entertainment was like being at a holiday camp, I swear I saw a couple of redcoats. The cabins are very small, even though they are called staterooms, very plastic and not enough room or privacy, the bed was too small I am 5'8" and my feet hung off the end. The service in the bars was slow and our drinks were incorrectly served and items missed from the order. All in all, not a good experience and I will never go on another cruise, they skin you for every extra penny, this is not good value for money and caters to the lowest of the low.
